Position: Support Worker (Multiple Locations)

As a registered NDIS provider, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our casual pool team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and general household duties.
- Provide support for community engagement by accompanying clients to appointments, recreational activities, and social events.
- Assist clients in working towards personal goals, fostering their independence and development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress reports and incident logs.
- Deliver personal care services as required, including medication administration and health monitoring.
- Support clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and gardening.
- Ensure client safety and well-being by reporting incidents and changes in their condition to the management team.
- Engage in ongoing training, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in providing disability or mental health support, with a minimum of 1-2 years preferred.
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- First Aid Certificate and CPR qualification.
- Flexible availability to work across varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
